SUMMARY:LatentShift.ai Conference for engineers shipping AI in production

DESCRIPTION:LatentShift is a one-day conference in Istanbul for engineers and builders working on AI systems in production. We focus on the real effort behind AI applications: evals\, infrastructure\, latency\, cost\, drift\, debugging\, security\, and the trade-offs that appear after the demo works. Why LatentShift exists ? AI conferences often highlight the polished side of the field: keynotes\, product launches\, roadmaps\, and big ideas.\n\nLatentShift focuses on what happens after that: the engineering work required to make AI systems reliable in production.\n\nThe messy\, useful\, technical part where teams choose the right model\, decide whether to prompt\, retrieve\, fine-tune\, or rebuild the data\, understand why behavior changed\, debug evals that passed but still failed in practice\, fix broken pipelines\, control cost\, improve latency\, and make the system reliable enough to keep running.\n\nOne focused day in Istanbul for real AI stories.\n What makes LatentShift different ?  We want talks with real systems\, real decisions\, real numbers\, and honest lessons. A good LatentShift talk might include a failure mode\, an eval lesson\, a debugging path\, a cost trade-off\, a design choice\, or a production incident that changed how the team builds.\n\nOne stage. One day. No parallel-track anxiety. Everyone is in the same room\, following the same conversation. Who should come? Everyone is welcome\, but you should come if you build or work closely with AI systems that need to run reliably in the real world.\n\nIt is especially relevant for engineers\, ML engineers\, AI engineers\, infrastructure teams\, product-minded builders\, security engineers\, and technical founders working on model behavior\, evals\, data pipelines\, RAG\, fine-tuning\, inference\, observability\, developer experience\, or production reliability.\n\nWhat matters is not your title. What matters is that you care about what happens after an AI feature leaves the notebook and enters production.\nWhat to expect?\nExpect technical talks\, practical lessons\, honest failure stories\, and conversations with people facing similar problems.\n\nYou will leave with a clearer view of how others are building production AI systems\, what broke for them\, what signals helped\, and what they would do differently next time.\n\nLatentShift AI Conference takes place in Istanbul on 17 October 2026. The venue will be announced later.\n\nJoin us for the first edition.
